    Really lovely!
    And I can relate: our only trip to Europe was to see our daughter when she spent a semester in Galway. She has been all over Europe and Central America, and I can only admire her courage and sense of adventure.

  3. My children haven’t left home yet, but my eldest is 17 and the promise of him showing me his “adult” world is palpable. He is already showing me his teen world and I can’t wait for the very experience you have described.
